Once installed, French cleats maintain their level alignment, unlike many other wall-hanging methods. The Tech Team Professional Grade Picture and Mirror Hanging Kit contains four sets of cleats and the necessary hardware to mount a picture, mirror, or other wall decoration. Included D ring cable eyes allow for support of the bottom of a decoration, to prevent heavy pieces from distorting and to prevent picture frames from pulling apart. Although this kit includes screw anchors, in order to reach the top of this kit’s weight capacity, the cleats should be screwed into a stud. We recommend a stud finder for the most accurate results.
