1 - Please make sure the hose is not bent when using the steamer. If the hose is bent, the following scenarios may occur:
1) The bent hose creates a blockage, which results in reduced vapor and the steamer may generate noise.
2) Water may flow back into the tank. The steamer will turn off automatically once it reaches a certain temperature. It may take a minute or two to cool down and turn on again.
2 - After using the steamer, be sure to empty all the water in the tank to avoid contamination building up.
