Made of 1/4" thick heavy-duty aluminum, these hangers will last for generations. Stationed in MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN, DODCO INC. has been manufacturing wire products since 1916. When the defense work dried up after WWII, surplus aluminum was readily available; however, there was not much to do with it. The founder of DODCO wanted to fashion a hanger out of aluminum that looked like the classic hanger you get from the dry cleaner, only heavier and higher quality. Today, the shape remains almost identical to the original design. You will have peace of mind knowing that your important garments are supported by high quality DODCO hangers.
