This listing is for a deer hospital door hanger for a newborn baby girl. There is a plaque attached where you can fill in all babies birth details. The colors can be changed if desired. Please leave color choices in notes to seller. If no colors are noted item will be painted the same as pictured. If you would like a name added please leave it in notes to seller. There is no extra charge for names. Names will be written in white unless otherwise noted. The plaque measures 11x14 inches with the birth details plaque measuring 4x6 inches. MATERIALS Item is made out of MDF wood and non toxic paint. Sealed with a clear coat for protection. This is not a toy. Item to be used indoors.
