A final top coat is added and a hemp or jute hanger. Most versions can be customized with names or cities or "exits" found from the infamous Parkway. Personalizations of names, towns, exits can be done to reflect those fond Jersey Shore memories. This version is the “Once A Jersey Girl Always A Jersey Girl”.
